welcome to my website!
In life, there are beautiful and less beautiful moments.
Sometimes they make you think and sometimes they enchant you.
I want to capture these moment to create a picture out of them and finally tell stories.
But I'm not a poet. I let the words ring and they come alive trough the music.
My language and tools are the instruments. To stage them in such a way that you can perceive the different moments and feelings in your imagination is my passion.
Listen to my film and orchestral music and embark on an emotional adventure with me.
"So much of what we do is ephemeral and quickly forgotten, even by ourselves, so it's gratifying to have something you have done linger in people's memories." - John Williams
As a young German composer, I began to create my own melodies by the age of six. To date, I have released four albums,
composed scores for a few productions and had several performances with the piano.
Before cultivating my interest and fall in love with composition, I performed on different stages with the piano - mostly for non-profit organizations. When I discovered the piano for myself, I took seven years of study with the diploma music teacher A. May (graduate of the Liszt School of Music in Weimar). Since 2014 I collect profound experiences as a composer for film music, production music for professionals in film, television, radio, advertising and as a performer on stage. Very soon I found my own style for orchestration and the love for diverse instruments, such as guitar, accordion and finally piano. By following the spirit of great film composers, I always search for new sound experiences and impressions, exploring both classical and modern methods. Melodies rise out of great sound environments and impress with new discovered sounds, which create an atmosphere of its own. Every track I've created is my own work. In this, expressions, depth, emotion and elegance are elements, which seem to grow with every new composition.
I released my debut solo album "Live" on August 8th, 2016. In 2017, I began to work with the Westwood sisters - Annette and Emma. The movie "Whoever you are..." took home many awards including Gold Award Best Original Score on the Independent Shorts Awards in Los Angeles. On my last album "Fallen", I worked with Maria Luefing, who played the violin. And with this album I also signed a record deal with "4tvmusic" and "BMG Rights Management".
Motivated by my dream - to write music for a great movie, I compose with all my heart and full of passion.
I would like to thank my parents and siblings. My music would'nt be alive without you.
